Hump Day = Busy Day

Today is the first day that I really started to feel better. I could breathe out of BOTH my nostrils for the better portion of the day! It's an amazing feeling!

Once we got going, we got a lot of stuff done. I have eggs, toast, gravy, and oj for brunch (we have brunch ever day since we get up so late). While Joe was doing some dishes I attempted to get some sewing done, or at least get ideas what for I wanted to sew. Nathan even had jelly beans to keep him occupide. As you can probably guess from the wording of the previous sentence, that didn't happen! Almost every jelly bean that Nathan put in his mouth, he returned to me once it was half eaten! He usually loves jelly beans, and all other candy, but these were spiced. Note to self: never buy spiced jelly beans again; splurge and get the Starburst flavors.

We then decided to leave the house to run some errands. We went to the court house to take some paper on property assessment to some dude. After that we went to the post office. Nathan carried the package in for me while everyone told him how cute he was! The package should arrive in NY, NY by the weekend. Then off to the YMCA we went to get our membership cards! We paid our dues, got our pictures taken, and walked around a bit to check it out. Nate will LOVE the nursery!! Heck, I would love the nursery! We made a quick trip to Wal-Mart and we got a DVD/VCR player!!! We haven't had a dvd player for months.

Joe decided he wanted to go out to lunch (it was about 3pm). We tried Ole Planters, closed; we tried Mark Twain Dinette, closed; we tried Logue's, OPEN!! If that was closed, we would have gone to Cassano's. We finally ate lunch around 3:30pm. As we were driving around, Nathan fell asleep. Oh well. Once we were back home Joe got the dvd player all set up and Nate got to watch Curious George...again! He hasn't watched it for awhile so it was ok.

I, of course, had to be at work at 5pm. I didn't get much done but what's new when I'm working internet. I'd much rather talk to my friends that are sitting next to me. After work I stopped by the house to get Charlene some BBQ Pork and fruit rollups and then after a quick tour of the house & waking up Nate (sorry Joe) I took her home. Once I got home I put Nate to sleep. It took a little bit as he was wide awake, but he finally went down. Joe was excited to finally have a dvd player that he started watching a movie while eating spaghetti (thanks Ford). Here I am in bed ready to fall asleep. I think my eyes are closing. I was going to add pictures of Nathan today on the racing game at Logue's but they won't upload. Maybe tomorrow. Good night!!!
